whean i wake up its like my body is still sleping and dering the day all i want to do is sleep but i cant in the midell of the day what do i do to get more energy please help( sorry bout the bad spelling lol)

You have to exercise more often.. Your body is probably depressed from work or summin.. so i suggest start exercing daily.

Try sleeping a little more. Maybe changing up your diet, if you eat crappy foods. And excerise really does make a difference. Even just taking a walk around the block with headphones on can wake me up when I'm feeling sleepy or groggy. Also, try taking a multi-vitamine.

Well you can start by getting more sleep. 7 hours is not enough sleep and you said even when you do get 7 hours. You need at least 8 hours of sleep at night. Also to increase your energy take a good multivitamin that is well absorbed by your body and eat well. Get enough excercise and get at least 8 hours of sleep.

A simple and short awnser is, "eat healthy". Your body is obiously suffering from lack of vitamins and minerals. This is caused mainly by lack of Vitamin B-12. Try and eat nutrients from real foods and not supplements.

You could have a medical reason for this like depression or an illness. Go see a doctor, they can run some tests. Good luck..

7 hours isnt enough. some kids need between 8-10 hours of sleep. i need like 10-12 or im still tired.

constant tired feeling can be a sign of many things...anemia and depression are the first that leap to mind. Seek medical advice.

ya you should have the Doctor check your Iron level... low iron makes your really tired all the time
