there is a yoga position that will help. lie on your back, pull your knees up to your chest, wrap your arms around them, and start rocking gently back and forth from your shoulder blades to your tailbone.
see if there is a massage school or chiropractic college nearby you, they offer massages at a discounted rate, given by students. this would be a good idea to go to weekly, since you are involved in very active sports. it will help you keep from hurting anything seriously..
the Epsom salt bath is a good idea too...

Usually we will feel pain in the weak/stretched muscles. Use a tennis ball in a sock and lie on the bed. Roll on the tennis ball to find the knots. Against a wall works too.
Stretch your pecs after you exercise. They will usually be the overriding cause of pain in between the shoulder blades.

Get a massage from a student clinic. They will cost a lot less but still be benificial. A Professional is worth it though. It sounds like you really need it. Borrow some money from mom and dad. Get a couple massages. It will really help a lot. Athletes need to get massag to be able to heal faster and prevent injuries.

Get a massage tool, the Backnobber is a plastic curved tool that works great for hard to reach muscles around the shoulder blades that you can use on yourself. Also the Thumper is an electronic massager that works really good. You should be using ice on it now and not heat. Good luck.

I feel your pain, have it in my left shoulder, not from lacrosse tho.

Bayer makes muscle and back pain caplets, you can buy some of those.

Which works better with you, heat or cold? If you have one of those heat bags you can put in the microwave or in the freezer do that and put it across your shoulders.

Try visualizing the pain easing out of your body. Good luck, hope you feel better soon.
