.diet pills don't work worth a crap and could give you a heart attack with all the caffeine in them.calcium has been shown to reduce body fat so make sure you get enough of that in your diet.just make sure you dont starve yourself.some real good ways to cut excess calories out of your diet is not drinking regular soda,drinking excessive juice and taking too many vending machine snacks..hehe..good luck!

Run 5 miles a day, eat veggies and fruits..lean meats, join the gym and workout for 2 hours non stop 4 times a week do cardio and weights
