That's the package I have, and I'm very happy with it.
The broadband is a reliable service, the phone calls are reasonably priced and the TV is fine too - it just has the basics though - not the movie channels or sports channels. I think it's fine. Hope this helps!

When NTL first started there were loads of problems, and took them years to sort out.
However most were sorted out before the name change to Virgin Media.
The service is very reliable now, simple faults can be solved by unpluging the box for 20 seconds.

Here you will find the channels available on the basic pack:-

The phone service is good, currently not the cheapest if you want to pay one price for all national geographical numbers upto an hour each call, but they have plans to reduce it in line with BT's option 3.

Broadband is very reliable, it doesn't go down a phone line so can maintain it's speed. They offer a free security download, which I haven't used, having paid for an alternative security system.

I've already got It, I've been with NTL for years and Virgin have bought them out. They have only lost Sky one because Sky tried to double the price. Virgin refuses to let it's customers be ripped off and now offer a really good interactive system. I was a bit peeved when we lost sky one as we watched a lot of series on it, but they will be available on other channels later. The broardband is very reliable and constantly fast. I can't complain. Good luck with your choice.

Virgin have just taken over NTL which will be a good thing as the customer services were very bad.

The package does sound good, the phone and broadband are excellent,I have them, the TV package though will be the very minimum, and you will pay extra for movies and sport.

Get the £35 package and ask them for talk unlimited. if you're looking at the Sky package beware of the £11 extra for the bt line rental, bit crafty! Virgin want customers so don't be afraid to ask for as much as you can get. Everything works well and there's free anti virus (pc guard).

No I dont have a telephone line ,, A Virgin cable substances television, telephone and Broadband,,, B/Band terminates in a modem which will properly be stressed or in my case use a router for on the spot connection .

Ive been an ntl customer for years and their customer service was up there with the gestapo....unfortunately virgin are not fairing much better......if you sign up keep a close eye on your bill for on demand services being added that you haven't used!!
