Satan comes to steal, kill and destroy. Sometimes its because something tragic has happened and they forget that it's Satan that screws with our lives and they kinda blame G-d. That in turn makes them feel unsaved. Or they feel unsaved because they perceive that they have done something so wrong that they cannot be loved by G-d anymore. But G-d will forgive anything we do IF we just ask.
He is the best Father!

I don't believe that god is activly involved in my life because i have seen nothing to support his existence and only things to counter it. If god is so great and your bible is accurate, where is the direct divine influence that was apparently so abundent in your history, perhaps the bible is not 100% accurate.
I know that faith is believing without seeing, and guess what, I'm just not very faithful. Does that make me a bad person? Nope, no matter what you believe, living a good life isn't about worshipping a diety, it's about treating other people, living humans, with curtesy and respect.
Oh no! but that would include muslims and gays, because they are humans too.... oh dear well looks like I just don't have enough hate to buy into the megaplex christianity that has a stranglehold on the U.S. right now.
I guess the main reason as to why I can't buy into god, is from all the religious people i see waving bibles and hopping up and down screaming jesus jesus jesus, like they knew the man.

I think it's all about the heart... meaning if you love God with all your heart, there isn't much doubt about salvation. When you don't love God with all your heart, doubt has a little door to creep in. I think all believers have gone through periods of doubt and it's usually due to what is the priority in their life at that time. Once God gets back on top, everything else falls into place. Getting God back on top isn't always easy though - our hearts are easily swayed...
Be blessed!

What gave you the idea of Salvation?..Your religious upbringing I reckon..What have you done wrong?...Anything you regret?..Once, as a young man, I wished to meet god in a dark alley to make ammends for all the grotesque insults inflicted upon me by him/her..never showed up..didn't surprise me either..Chickenshit I thought at the time..Time passes though and after some more time and reading and thought..I fu*ked him/her off..c*nt came back..smiling like a mofo..and blessed me with destiny that could not be denied..I am not a Sunday suit by any stretch..I enjoy stirring up the possums anyday..but I am at peace ..if that's god..then,Brother call me ..rich..it's in you..not out of you...Let it rock! Who cares..but..You?.

Here's a few:
1. Historical Inaccuracy
2. Influence-from others
3. Life trauma (losing a loved one unexpectedly)
4. Depression
5. Placing faith in an individual (who you respect as having the same faith you
admire), that stumbles and loses their faith.

No evidence. People have been trying to establish the existence of god for thousands of years; nobody has yet succeeded in doing so. Nor is there any sort of evidence for "salvation". People like to quote biblical texts to attempt to rebut this, but the bible has far too many errors to be taken seriously.

they are going thru a struggle that doesnt seem 'fair' to them....
they do not have a strong Christian support system of believers to help and pray with them
they only 'practice' their faith on sunday mornings, or saturday nites... as a 'requirement'
they arent in relationship with Jesus ... or see only the hurt that satan is oppressing them with, and cannot see thru it to the Light in Jesus
there are so many reasons that people fall away.... you cannot just pick one and have it be the universal choice...
satan plants seeds of doubt daily.. thru people making documentaries that are fictional shown as fact.... thru people attacking Christians emotionally or physically... when they don't 'get' what they want and satan lies and tells them somehow that God doesnt love them...

The premise that there is such thing as salvation makes this an interesting question. People doubt beliefs of concepts being forced on them.

One cause... the devil. He causes all fear and rebellion, and doubt. Faith is what moves mountains, even today. The devil will say or do anything to get us to lose our faith, buts its a choice. We can allow God to battle for us and allow us to be victorious Christians, or we can let the devil take us down into doubt, fear, all of it. Its all choice, and its all only the devil. Either ppl dont have strong faith in God , or they dont know who they are in Christ. Once you do know who you are in Christ, you know no weapon formed against you can prosper. You just gotta love Jesus enough to obey Him, obedience leads to blessings , and disobedience leads to curse... that simple..... Hop onto the right path with God, no other way to go. Nothing is worse losing salvation over, absolutely nothing.

Being taught the wrong message. Too many follow their Preacher or their Church instead of following the book, the book comes first, period. If a Church teaches or changes that book, then you are in the wrong Church.
I was taught the wrong message as a child and I walked away from it all. Later in life I found the true message and now I am back as a soldier for YAHWEH.
