Do you believe in it? I've felt strong sexual attraction before, but a few months ago I looked in to this guys eyes at a restaurant and I my stomach flipped over. We're in a small town and we keep seeing each other, we just stare and smile and I don't mean a little smile, I mean a big broad, can't stop your face doing it, kind of smile. It's so intense I'm totally taken by surprise by it, I don't know how to start talking with him, it's so obvious I feel strongly. Is it wrong to think seriously about being intimate with someone you don't know at all?

Fair points! I did say i've felt strong sexual feelings before, this is different though. When I said intimate, I meant in every sense not just physical.

it is very possible to love some one you don't know, it could just be something about them that turns you on

I guess I believe in attraction a lot more than love at first sight. Love is an emotion that blossoms through learning about one another. A glance at a person's physique does not give you any insight into their personality. There are guys out there that I literally trip over myself when I see them, but then I go up and they can't carry a conversation to save their life. That is certainly not love on my part, although my stomach flips over at their perfectly scultpted muscles or the way they dress... its lust. So make sure you decide whether you are lusting after this guy or whether you love him. Because that makes a big difference in intimacy. Lust is fulfilled with being intimate with someone right away without knowing them, love is damaged rather than fulfilled by such selfish actions. So tread carefully. Good luck!

There is a difference in love at first sight and sexual attraction. If you don't know him at all, it has to be purely physical at this point. Not to say that it won't grow into more, but for now, I think that's all you're feeeling. Been there, done that! Get to know him first. The physical attraction may not be enough to overcome the real person that he may be.

I don't think it's love at first sight when your chief concern is being intimate with him. (BTW, no it's not wrong. It's right if it feels right. Just be sensible about it.) Next time you see him, go over and say hello. Things will happen naturally from there.

its not love, just pure infatuation, right now ur just attracted to his physical features eg. his smile, body etc. probably if u got to know him he could turn out to be a real jerk. it wont be considered to be love until u really get to know is plus and minus and can still handle being with him.

Of course I believe in this. It is just that special feeling that tells you that its the right person and you can't stop thinking about them.

Nope, not love. Love takes time and knowing someone. Lust, attraction, even that hard to define "spark" can be felt upon 'first site'...but not something as serious as heartfelt, romantic love.
