By law you must legally be an adult, so at least 18. Some places will let the age slide if your parents go in with you. Most won't.

Not till you are 18. But you should wait till your 18 at 16 you are still growing. Also, you might regret getting the tattoo.

Most places wont do it unless your 18 (a legal adult) or like 16 if you have an adult with you. The place that i go to only does 18 and up regardless if you bring your mother, father, your pastor or Priest or Grandma! If your not 18, you can't do it!

I dont think here in the UK anyway that there is an age limit i think it is that most places prefer to do it when you are 18 or 16 with parents permission

18...and it's worth waiting till your 18 dude as your body could use the time to fill in better. imagine doing a drawing on a canvas that was only 80% the size it will obtain within a short period. The painting would look like crap would it not?

I would suggest waiting until you're 18 and your body is more developed.
If you're 16 or younger, don't do it.
Your body is still in the process of developing, and in that time if you get a tattoo, your skin will be adjusting to your height and therefore the tattoo won't be in the original spot you got it in.
Tattoos aren't what they're cracked up to be anyway.
Try a Henna tattoo kit if you're that anxious.

16 with a parent. I think you should wait at least until you're 17 so you really know what you want...so many of us get them young and then decide later on that wasn't what we really wanted.. I have 7 so I'm speaking from experience...

Usually 16 with parents permission. Some places will do it younger with your parents but alot of places wont. Not in my town anyways. 18 on your own

Hey i have a tattoo so i know. you can get a tattoo at any age as long as the store will have tolorance for a 13 year old and also you have to have a gaurdian permission slip if your under 18.
