Both have similar skills, and are the same weight class, but if you remember Homer has a condition where he can get punched in the head without any effect, Peter Griffin has skill (as shown on his fights against the big chicken), but Homer fights a dirtier style, and with his "Homer" condition I'd give him the edge.
