You can't. You have to bleach it first, (beware, this hurts a bit), then wash out the excess bleach out of your hair. Than you color it. I'd go to www.manicpanic.com for exact instructions.

Put the Bleached parts in foil and add the Color to the rest of the hair outside the Foils.

OR Color your Hair and then while Dye is still on Pull what you want to be bleached and then foil that! Bleach will eat right through color!

G'Luck!

You wouldn't really want to bleach your hair and while it's processing add color to it.

If you want to strip the color from your hair, bleach it first, deep condition it, then dye over it and repeat the process.

Bleaching, for anyone for all hair types, is unhealthy... but it's not impossible to maintain healthy, strong hair.

If you're going to do any kind of bleaching and/or dyeing, get ion products.

ion is the best; I've been using them for years and they're really great for your hair.
Depending on what color you plan to dye your hair afterward (I'm assuming an unnatural color since you're planning to bleach it), ion's products will provide you with whatever kind of treatments you'll need for daily washing.

keep the bleached hair separated in foils and the coloured hair outside th foils. You should really get a professional to do this.
