Okay so its a girl in my school shes a year younger (im thirteen) and I wanna get to know her but we live in a big city no where near each other theres like no functions at my school and I don't know if she knows I exist.

i think you are shy..
i was like that, so i came up with a plan, i tried love letters, facing her face to face is lot harder than writing.try to sneak letters into her school bags or send them to her from a little guy.
she may feel uneasy for some days,she may reject twice or thrice or so on, but trust me one day u'll know when that day comes....

As far as going out on dates, you could meet her at the mall and watch a movie together. Or just talk to her on the phone. I'm sure she probably has a computer so you could send little love note to her via e-mail. But you need to do the meet and greet thing first. Let her know your there, chances are she has already noticed you. So just talk to her.

You are very young, and she probably is not even thinking about guys right now (since she's 12). Just wait, give her time, and if you want to let her know that you like her, well just tell her. There's no better way to let others know what you feel, than by just saying it. Good Luck *_*

Email her or write her. Try to strike up a friendship with her. Over time, get to know each other and share interests. Perhaps after awhile you and she can become friends and put together a plan to go out.

Sit with her at lunch. and ask her if she likes u... make up anything tell her becuz there are rumours going around that she likes u, so u just wanted to kno if its true or not. Ask her if u could hang out some time or become friends. Trust me, gurls like when guys are straight-forward!

well you do have one thing going for you in this situation and that's that you are a year older lol
girls like older men so way to go
but the only way to get her to notice you is if you go up and talk her start of with small things like way to go in class or nice shoes there cool and then next time say hey your that girl with thi cool shoes or hey you that chick in my class and then introduce yourself and keep talking and then its all down hill from there babe

go up to her and say hi. then if she says hi back start talking to her like a friend then then you feel comfortable tell her how you feel. maybe set up some dates where you can go over to each others parents houses for supper. then in a while you can do unsupervised dating if it all right with parents.

the next time you see her in the corridors, talk to her ask her if she wants to hang out as mates and get to know each other. If your too scared, take a risk and be humiliated or play it safe and die alone

since shes a year younger im guessing u guys dont have any of the same classes....
so maybe you could casually walk up to her at lunch or in the hallway or something and complement her outfit or something then introduce yourself!! dont be nervous about it....just relax and follow your heart!

aww... how cute well why dont you try talkin to her a skool! and if you and her start talkin alot and you like her maybe you can ask her on a date and take her to the movies or sum thing! and the only way to make sure she knos you exist is to talk to her! well i hope this helpful!!! hope she likes you too!!
