I almost found myself in that position one time, my G/F of 1yr was 3months late and convinced she was pregnant. The only thing on her mind was to abort.. How would u feel in that position..?? Just curious....

Im sorry guys, I should have been more specific with my Info... My g/f ended up not being pregnant, i was 23 and she was 25. It was more a question to see other ppl's views, not really for advice.. Sorry for the confusion..

This is really a question for the guys....but as a woman - my opinion is - even though the law says it's HER right to choose, that child is just as much HIS baby as it is hers, and he needs to do absolutley EVERYTHING in his power to make sure that she carries that baby to term, and when the baby is born, doing the most loving an responsible thing for the baby - whether that's to keep it, or give it up for adoption to a couple who so desperately wants a child. Be a man, and fight for your rights to your child!

That is very unfortunate. However, as much as I understand your position, it is ultimately her choice. Perhaps you should discuss this before you have a sexual relationship. If you were dating someone over a year and having sex, you should have discussed what you would do if she became pregnant. If you had talked about it, you would have realized her views were different than yours and maybe have terminated the relationship or moved forward knowing how she felt. Hope you learn from this and know your partner better next time.

Abortion is murder - breaks God's 6th commandment in Ex.20. Women never forget the life they took - don't know about the man. Isn't it safer and much better to be abstinent until you're ready for children! There's no other sure way to not get pregnant!

it is according to your age. most women now a day end up raising the children alone. i was 15 im glad i didn't have the child. my boyfriend was very abusive and controlling. and i would of lost alot of my life and the teachings of life that i had to go thru. i am 50 years old now and have 2 beautifull girls..( that i ended up raising alone after so long) but they came out great. don't rush life, at least not yet maybe when you get my age you can think that life is short(haha) a baby will not keep you together.. it may just acually break you up.

there's enough information out nowadays, lots of ways to protect yourself.I'm not big on abortion, but I'm not against it either, sometimes mistakes are made, and-why would anyone want a new baby to pay or their mistake, id say adoption, but I'm not even really hip on that, anymore, but i do believe if she decides to do it, the boy-or man should be informed also,i mean it was half his fault to, he should be responsible to on what happens and helping pay for it. i just think kids these days are in way to much of a hurry to have sex, but not ready for the responsibility, there's a lot of information and ways not to get pregnant, so we really shouldn't have this problem

Depends on your view points/values in life etc.
