My dashboard lights are out. what could possibly be the problem?
fuses? I don't know I'm stuck. help.

Fuse or dimmer switch, if they all went out at once. If they went out little by little, you will have to get behind the instrument cluster and replace the bulbs.

Probably a fuse. If you have the owners manual, it has a chart that tells you which fuse is in which numered slot. There is a fuse panel on the side of the dash between the steering wheel and the door hinges, and another under the hood between the battery and firewall. If you dont have a manual, just pull all the fuses one at a time and look for a blown one.

That means you have no brake lights. Get those fixed.

Well, I don't know why anyone would give thumbs down for this, because that IS the way to tell when a vehicle's brake lights don't work. The whole light switch needs replaced. It runs on the same circuit as the lights.

sounds like your dimmer switch went bad!
