Ok, now listen, I'm an expert in this. The first thing you must do is put a hot compress on it for awhile. Then gently squeeze it. Wipe away excess and then put the hot compress on angain. Dry with clean cloth, then with a que tip use hydrogen peroxide. It will be cleared up in two days. Just let it air dry. No bandage.

Wash your face with warm soapy water, paying particular attention to that spot. The pores in your skin will loosen and make it easier to "pop" out the infection without leaving a scab or puffy mass behind.
But you should open the zit up and clean out the infection for sure. That yellow head is puss.

P.S. The more often you wash your hands the less oils there will be on your fingers to transfer and create acne on your face.

If you pop it you may get scarring. Put toothpaste on it on for a few hours or put it on when you go to sleep and you will see a big difference after. It may take 2 sessions of this but it will go away a lot faster than just letting it go away naturally and it is better than popping it.

Make a paste from one crushed asprin tablet and a few drops of lemon juice. Put it on the pimple and let it sit for 20 minutes and then wash it off...it should help.

Definitely leave it alone!!! If you don't have experience with busting them don't try it. I you try to bust it and your hand are dirty it can get infected and leave hideous scars. It will go away in a couple of days. You can put white toothpaste on it and squeeze lemon juice on it to dry it up.

when yooh touch your forehead, the zit gets infected. DO NOT TOUCH THE ZIT. but also if u leave it, zits spread. get proactive. the stuff relli wrks. apply a little bit at nite and in the morning, not a lot, bcuz the stuff is strong. hope tht helped =]

Take a hot shower, opeing up your pores. It may pop on its own. Never pop your zits. It actually drives the bateria further into your skin, making it worse and leaving scars.

Pop it but make sure you don't pop it till it bleeds. That means you popped it too far. When finished, apply some toothpaste.
