Your body is 75% water. The water that you drink today will be used by your body to replace/replenish the water that is already there. Water passes from the 1) stomach into 2) the intestines into 3) the blood stream into 4) the cells. Water flushes out wastes from the cells and passes into the 5) lymph system then into 6) the kidneys.
Unless you drink a great deal of water at one sitting, the water that is passed in urine is 'old' water.

I don't kno how long exactly but i do know that it's pretty quick. When i was in the hospital they gave me an IV and 5 minutes later i had to go to the bathroom and when that thing was in me i had to go like every 2 minutes.

Too many variables to tell...weight, kidney functionality, temperature, composition, salinity and amount of water present in the body all combine in different ways to affect the time it takes from intake to elimination.
