so i work with this guy, who ive never had more than a one word conversation with, literally. but everyone tells me hes the nicest guy there. i just really want to get to know him. thing is, hes incredibly cute and im not. im also EXTREMELY shy. i want to hang out with him, and get to know him, because he seems like a great guy. so what do i do?

Fix your self up. Sounds like you are not confident about yourself. It's going to be hard for you to put your self out to be notice. And if you don't have confidence you are probably hiding from him and not noticing your doing so. People with no confidence tend to do that. Believe in yourself!! Good Luck!! Hope I Helped!!

if he's a coffee drinker, buy him a cup of coffee. make a point to smile and have idle conversation with him (ex: office meetings, weather, etc) compliment him on his outfit, cologne etc. He should get the hint. =)
