i do believe cats dream as well as dogs. All living creatures dream I would imagine. What they dream about is a different question though. Probably, they dream of running through fields of tall grass.

Yes they do in their way. Much like humans they have a REM cycle also. Ever notice your cat twitching while it is asleep? Wake it during this twitching period and it will be quite startled and somewhat disoriented.
Because cats sleep a good portion of the day 16+ hrs, it is hard to catch them when they are in their "deep" sleep modes. It is fascinating to watch cats sleep. Well, if you are a psychologist that is....which I am.

I don't know for sure but I believe they do. I have 2 cats and I have observed them sleeping and I have seen there legs twitching like they were running and have also heard them make some noises that somewhat resemble a meow.

I believe they do! It's obvious to me that my dog dreams and I have to imagine that cats dream as well.

I would say yes. My cat twitches, meows, moans and move while he is asleep. I know that he is dreaming.

yes they do, Animals are just like people. My cat when I notice he is dreaming he will kick his feet. and meow and paw at things. It is really strange.

I would have to say most definetly. If watching my cats is any indication, then yes. I see them twitch, meow as if they are talking, and mostly I see their paws go as if they are running.
