you can't, there really isn't anything you can do to make your hair grow faster

Actual hair growth is determined by the level of human growth hormone in your body. The younger you are the faster your hair grows. What braiding does is prevents you from breaking off hair through normal combing and brushing. The natural dryness of African-American hair make it more susceptible to breakage. So your hair will appear to grow faster.

if you connect your braids to bungie cords hooked to your shoes, your hair will grow faster because of the pull..also,,if you smear blue berry yogurt on the roots...that helps too.
