We're traveling one way from Rome to Florence. I'm inclined not to spend the extra money on a 95 minute trip unless the amenities are significantly better. Is second class a cattle car?

I would say it's not worth it on a trip that short. Trains in Italy are adequate (certainly not like third-world travel conditions) and since it's a short trip I would say it's ok to not pay the extra cost.

The final time I rode the practice we've been given a sleeper room (not a lot of a room yet there have been 2 beds). yet while to procure a sleeper you have been promptly top notch. Which risk-free loose nutrition. Like somebody else suggested you're separated from the riffraff too. i presumed it replace into properly well worth the extra advantageous fee.
