I don't know what you mean by "free spech English."

Towards the open air - outside?

Inforim (in talk) - probably misspelled; inform is to give somebody information.
Leave space to breath - don't get too close. That should be "breathe" - a verb; "breath" is a noun.

Smell on perfume. - has no meaning as stated. Smell perfume - get a sniff of it.
