i really like this guy but hes starting to get all hormonal or w/e on me and he only does it around his friends but when i call him hes all like "i like you i realy do but i just dont know" and hes all sensitive and he so nice to me even around his fiends except for that hormonal thingy.

Tell him off and dump him. I can be that he will beg you not to do it, he will change and then he will not. Then you will be right back to where you are now. Dont waste your time and efforts on him. He sounds like a jerk. If he were a nice guy he wouldn't be pressuring you. He needs to either leave you and find someone who wants to move faster, or stick with you and respect your feelings. Tell him you like him but that his behavior is really unacceptable and he needs to shape up or you'll find someone more decent and respectful.
