If you think that your man is cheating how do you ask him?

Seriously I disagree on most of the advice given here. Take it from me, Do not snoop, spy, or gather information on him. If you respect your mate you should not invade his privacy. Remember when you go looking for things thats when you find them. Plus if he is cheating you shou ldnt have to invade his privacy to find out. Watch for signs though as a change in routine, a change in his moods towards you and i say ask him. Just ask him baby are you or have you cheated on me?

Now if he respects you he will tell you the truth because a relationship is based on honesty and trust. reassure him that you can not promise how you will you react but keep into consideration he told you the truth if he does. This does not justify his actions but he cares enough not to lie. I trust my mate and if he does cheat on me i want him to tell me instead of me finding out through gossip or snooping. Also if he told me he wasnt i would trust him b/c if you cant trust someone or be honest you shouldnt be together and me and my mate have trust and honesty.

Now if things are just more than suspicous and its right in front of your face and he's constantly saying no then dont be blind to this.

So approach him like a grown woman and simply ask him andlet him know you really want the truth even if it hurts. If you love your mate trust his answer but if you have to hire a PI or snoop, and go through his things then you shouldnt be with him because obviously you dont trust him and without trust there is no foundation to base the relationship on.

You think he is cheating on you, therefore, you don't completely trust him. You don't completely believe him when he tells you what he is doing when you two are apart.

If you ask him whether he is cheating, and he says he is not, will you believe him and then start to completely trust him?

If you ask him and says yes I did, but (of course) he's sorry and won't do it again, will you believe him?

Unless you have real proof that he is cheating, and you must define cheating, don't ask him. You have nothing to gain.

As to what cheating is, do you define it as dinner with another female? Or many phone calls and emails? Or does he and another woman need to be physical?

An old saying goes, "Trust, but verify." If he has given you real reasons to doubt his fidelity, you should be able to nicely ask about his plans, in detail, when the two of you are apart. Ask where he's going and with whom. If he's lying to you, you'll catch him.

But do not ask him if he's cheating!
