Starofiniquity has a point there.

Taking in less fat should help your body burn the fat that is already stored. Then you resort to exercise to tone the stomach muscles.

Ironically, walking is actually one the most recommended ways to lose belly fat. Try walking around a track or even on a treadmill for about 30 minutes a day. To make it easier, watch TV as you walk on the treadmill. You'll probably get through a couple of Soaps before you realize you've lost tons of calories.

Another trick is to not eat after 7:00 pm. Your body burns fat while you sleep. Don't give it more than it can handle!

And last but not least, drink water and lots of it. Water helps you feel full, and you lose water weight like nothing!

Hope this helped and hope all goes well. ♥

In short? Eat less. The only real way to lose fat is to eat less than your body needs so it will burn the fat storage instead of food taken in.

If you get down to where there's just a little tiny bit, then you want to tone the muscles slightly and you should look fine at that point.
