whats better quiznos subs or subway and why???

they basically are the same sub only quiznos toasts all there sandwiches,,,, if you want to go heathly go to subway and get the sub in salad form without the bread

Subway is better for you, especially the subs with under 6 grams of fat. to check for yourself, use this guide ,www.dietfacts.com, to determine what is healthy or not at your favorite place.

I like Subway sandwiches but Quizzno has those really yummy loafes of bread with soup on the inside, MMMM yummy.
