I have bought property in Side and the buying process is very straight forward I can recommend a building company who markets their own property's. Side has a very good beach area, historical sights, markets etc. its also open all year round.

I was there 4 years ago for honeymoon. ( Antalya, Alanya , Mahmutlar.)
To visit Alanya with a bus 1 € , 10 min.
Nice place to buy a property.

That is not the best spot in Alanya. Why don't you think of buying a property in Antalya center. Both Mahmutlar and Alanya center will be a dead area in winter.

My uncle -for instance- has NOT bought any property in Mahmutlar but if you ask BROTHER JOHN, probably he has bought some property in Mahmutlar....
