i'm gonna cook some bay scallops in butter with basil and garlic then toss in some fettucini or angel hair pasta. topped with fresh parmesan.

I made ours earlier. we had cheese onion n herb stuffed baked potatoes with crummed garlic chicken breast,a sausage wrapped in smokey bacon, grilled tomato n grilled mushrooms.And im hugry again now youv set my appetite off again.LOL.

I am broiling scallops wrapped in bacon and then having a steak and baked potato. I may make a salad to go with it with some pine nuts and cheese on top. The steak and potato will be cooked on the grill. Yummy.

Sounds yummy! I love scallops! We are having beer can chicken on the bbq. It's so tasty and tender, our friends beg us for it all the time. That with baked potatoes and zucchini, with red peppers in tinfoil, garlic bread off the bbq, and a nice ceaser salad. To finish we'll have homemade apple pie with vanilla fantasy ice cream and a strongbow to end it all!
