It depends on your track, but the typical track it will be four laps. Ask somebody in charge of the field, they will know the best.

That depends on the circumference of the track. Once you know how far around it is, you can determine how many laps are needed to equal a mile.

It depends on how big the track is. Most of the times, the track will have how long it is compared to a mile though. ie; a track could say it's equivalent to one quarter of a mile so you'll have to go around four times. It depends, but to be safe, do at least six laps.

in simple terms thinking logically, as i've got seen soccer fields with tracks going around them, i could wager that one lap around a soccer field is a few million/4 of a mile. so which you in simple terms ran almost 2 miles.

How should anyone here possibly know that. Tracks come in all sizes, and fields do not even have standard sizes. What are the dimensions of the field?

It depends on how large your track is. I would assume four, but your could be bigger or smaller than mine. I suggest that you ask someone from yuor school, community or Y about your track, just to make sure.
