Sure, if you like it's dog food or it's dog house. Dogs are generally money poor and so it's useless to try and get any money out of it.

Define a rude look from a dog. Maybe it was his normal look. And maybe by calling it a rude look you are actually inflicting emotional distress on the dog in which case he could sue you. Barking is simply dog speak. Ever heard of the first amendment? Freedom of speech? I wouldn't walk by there again or it could be considered harassment and stalking.

Its just a question, but don't dogs normally bark at people they aren't familiar with? I personally don't like dogs, but I wouldn't sue over a mean look. Not to get off the subject, but this is how people abuse the legal system. By taking stupid everyday stuff and suing people over it. I think you can sue, but you shouldn't.

You made him nervous. I cant believe he barked at you and actually gave you a rude look. There is a Barking Mad Society, that will lead you in the right direction.

How do you know it was a rude look? And the bark, I bet it really was seductive. I think it was a come on and you're just missing the signs.
