Okay, this morning/last night (whatever), I kept falling asleep not long after I woke up. I woke up at like 4, fell asleep for an hour, woke up, fell asleep for -another- hour, and kept doing that until like 10. And after 10, I felt like crap. I hurt everywhere (Joints, back, legs, arms, ect.), I had a headache (I still have it) and I felt like I had to puke. And whenever I coughed, my head would hurt a little bit. Also, I kept having a weird dream. Like whenever I'd fall back asleep, I'd dream from where it was before I woke up.

I have the same exact problem, except I have nightmares a lot though, not just "weird dreams". But as for the trouble falling asleep, the aching and "feeling like crap", and the headaches, I do that every night. I've been doing it for about two months now, and just haven't had the chance to make it to the doctor before now (I have an appointment this week). But my mom told me that it could be a vitamin difficiency, or that the air in my room is stuffy or something.
Try putting a humidifier in your room, and if you can, take two Tylenol PM's about an hour before going to bed.
Also, if you haven't seen a doctor yet, I suggest you do so! I hope that you get better with this, because believe me, I know how you feel. And it really sucks.

I have had similar problems. Going to sleep for 15 minutes wake up going on all night then you feel like crap all day. I also am hurting in my joints my Dr is Recommending to a Rhematory Dr, But to sleep have you talked with your Dr.? He can give you something to sleep so you can be relaxed when you wake up.
And for the aches and pains you need to let him know about that too. Good luck and please see a Dr.

your aches and pains are likely from the lack of sleep or and uncomfortable bed
most adults experience some form of insomnia a few nights a week. if it doesnt happen often, then dont worry about it too bad. something like tylennol simply sleep is ok for ocassional use
if it happens a lot though you need to see your doctor. insomnia is a common symptom of other issues
