Something randomly romantic? One could go with the classic "eyes are limpid pools of radiance" or something cheesy like that. However, that is very generic.
As tends to be the answer to so many questions, it really does depend on the person you are writing for. Were I to send a "romantic" email to my very special lady it might not seem very romantic to most other people. For example, this Valentine's Day I gave my S.O. a card that said "NICE BUTT" on the cover, and on the inside said, "Sometimes I have so much trouble finding just the right card for you."
To most, that would be very NOT romantic, and to some downright immature or disgusting. To her it was sweet, made her laugh, and won me lots of brownie points. She loved it. Why? Because she's been insecure about her posterior since childhood because of a certain nickname her family gave her growing up... and she does have a sizeable set of glutes. But (no pun intended) she also knows I'm her backside's biggest fan.
In addition, she has always thought the idea of someone pouring through tons of cards at the local Hallmark to find just the right card for a person and occasion is very romantic and sweet, and she knows that I must have gone through an incredible number of cards to find that one because it fit us so well.
Furthermore, on the blank side of the inside of the card I wrote her something that reflected my feelings for her and sentiments during this point in our lives. Those elements all combined together to create something moving for her, and she loved it.
So, to finish the anecdote, discover as much as you can about this girl and express your true self in a medium she'd appreciate. For all I know she's the kind of girl who would like to read, "Hey, baby, your face is like a train-wreck; I just can't look away." You never know. Good luck.

alright. girls love to be told they're beautiful. BUT ALSO HOT. but see its gotta be more than that. if your looking for romantic tell her how you feel about her. she makes your palms sweat, your knees buckle, you dont know what you feel because you've never felt it before. Make sure whatever you say is true. BUT SCREW EMAIL. shes gonna want to hear it from your voice. so either use the phone or in person. in person would be better though. write it down if you have to just incase you get too nervous to remember. and if you mess up she might think its cute. but definatly it will mean the world to her if it comes from your heart and YOU TRULY MEAN IT. no matter how mussy you might think it sounds, you being a guy and all, she will love it.

do not dump him yet. How did you recognize that he's sending her emails affirming "cant wait to loiter round again etc" ? you do not. verify his despatched messages to make certain what he has despatched her and from that you'll decide even if or not they are only friends or more suitable. inspite of the truth that its a touch unusual he has never added her up, because if he had no longer something to hide, he could have informed you no issue. reliable luck

It could be complimenting her intellect. Girls, especially attractive ones, get lots of comments their physical beauty, but no so often their brains.
