I would take it back to the vet and have them check it too make sure there isnt a problem. Most of the time there is some swelling but not that much. I would take it in. Most of the time they wont charge if they are just checking an incision. Good luck.

The vet should take her in ASAP, some times they do have redness but not a size of a walnut. It could mean she is bleeding inside causing a hematomia(NOT SURE HOW TO SPELL IT) when blood gathers in one area. That can be pain fulll and make sure they give you something for infection incase.

There's a walnut on her incision? I'm not sure if you worded that quite how you meant to. But if you're really worried, I'd call the vet and describe what's wrong with her.

We have had a dozen cats spayed. I have never had one with a lump of that size. Call the Vet you used, and let them make the decision. It could be serious and again it could be nothing.

That's normal. My cat had that too. I took her to the vet and he said that just happens after surgery. As long as the area looks ok, not red, etc. it should be fine
