My German friend told me a guy told her "Du bis Doush" or something like that: "You are beautiful." But how do you spell the (doush) part? And if I wanted to add "very," how do you say that? I want to tell her that too!

Thanks, Dr. Schmoo, but if you reread the question carefully, it's my friend who's German who said somebody else (who wasn't German) told her "You are beautiful" in German. So she should know German if she's German, don't you think? I just want to repeat what she said back to her to impress her that I remembered how to say it (except I didn't know how to spell "hübsch").

And can anybody tell me what the difference is between "hübsch" and "schön"? Danke!
