I'm looking into buying a car and one of the options is 2.0 16v CVT 4WD. Does that mean I have an automatic or manual gear box? Please help!

CVT means Continuously Variable Transmission: its basicly a transmission of a snowmobile. you dont use a clutch because the clutch applies itself in relation to engine speed and engine load. its in essence a automatic transmission that doesn't shift...at all. which means theres no shift shock
