Get to the doctor asap. It will most likely be drained and you will get an antibiotic to help it heal. You shouldn't take care of it yourself in case it is something else. Plus this way, it will be taken care of faster and you can sit normally again!

bless your heart. Those hurt sooo bad. Here is an idea. Sit in a tub of hot water (and I mean as hot as you can stand it) for about 15 mins. while in the tub keep applying a hot wash cloth to the boil. This should bring he boil to a head. When you get out of the tub your going to want to put a towel under you for this part. First check to see if the boil has come to a head. (white on top). If it has then gently pull the skin around the boil in opposite directions ( like you were opening a bag of chips). Do not squeeze a boil as it will cause more swelling and pain.your boil should begin to weep at this point. Keep doing this until no more pus or blood is coming out. If you try this and nothing happens then sterilize a needle a quickly penetrate the boil at the head and pull apart the skin surrounding it. After you have drained the boil the pain will subside. But you will need to clean the area very good and apply an antibiotic ointment.

See doctor!
They can perscribe a antibiotic to help kill the bacteria in your blood that is contributing to that problem.
Boil ease is one of those topical ointments that may help.
However most people claim that it really doesn't.
Make sure you wash a couple of times a day with HOT antibacterial soap water.
If possible place a heat blanket on abcess to help soften it.
It basically needs to run its course, It wont be able to "pop" until it develops a head and become more softer.
If you keep sitting on it you will make it harder and take longer to run its course. A butt doughnut may help in sitting more comfortably.

You need to go to the doctor and they will drain it and prescribe you antibiotics. The fact that it is blistered means that it is very likely infected and nothing over the counter is going to help that. It was probably caused by an ingrown hair. You really need to see the dr. especially if you are diabetic (not sure if you are or not).

If it's this large, you need to see a doctor ASAP. You will need to get it drained and take antibiotics. Nothing over the counter will help at this point.
Be careful because the infection can spread easily and get into your bloodstream, causing severe illness.

Go to a doctor, seriously. It can lead to infection. Also to get rid of it yourself might be a bad idea because you might spread bacteria out and cause skin problems.

go to the doctor and they probaby could take it off or if you don't want them to do that ask for something for it and they probably will give you a prescription.
