head over to the salt flats and pick up a good used race car and try not to wreck it for the next 4 to 5

Try looking at the annual Consumer reports guide and, find out the most reliable cars ever build and their history. I can say that a small Toyota, Honda/Accra and, last Nissan would be a perfect match.

Good Cars Are Honda, Toyota, Accra, Mitsubishi, those cars are good and not that expensive.

Buy a "CERTIFIED" used Honda. Most come with extended warranties and Honda's hold their value due to reliability.
