Not all no, coffee and tea are considered diuretics, which means you actually would have to up the amount of water if your drinking these, even decaf. Drinks with sugar in them, all counter negatively the benefits of water. Pure water is what is needed, now if you added lemon or infused it with some fruit, that would be ok.

I had gastric bypass about 6 months ago im on a very strict eating plan and they say to have the same 64oz of water a day as a regular person needs. And they allow me water or any 0 calorie beverage like crystal lite i find it easier to drink more of that than just plain water. IF you drink kool-aid the sugars are too hig and tea or coffee has too much caffeine in it.

You can count tea or coffee if they are caffenine free. I'm not sure about the Kool-Aid since there is sugar in it. Milk does not count.

NO you cant count the other crap-it is no longer water at that point-whenever something is added-leaves, sugar, color, flavor etc the pure state of water is lost in the processing. Pure Water is what we all need 64 oz of-the other stuff is just filling but companies will say different to sell their products.
lord knows that i wish it was possible for them to count
i hope this helps

You should not count sugared drinks. And caffeinated drinks actually count as a negative, as they are diuretics.
So on that list milk yes. Koolaid not really, coffee and tea - no.

No- the intended 64oz. is in referal to pure, drinking water- not changed forms...when you add other things, especiallly coffee- Caffeine is added and the water loses its refreshing, rehydrating value...The same with Kool-aid because you add sugar...
Hope this helps!

the 64 oz originally meant water...
However, I think there have been studies, not conclusive, that suggested any form should be fine.
Also, there have been studies that debunk the 8 glass a day rule.
I think it's open to what you feel is right for you.

No you can not. It has to be plain water or just flavored water without the sugar or sugar substitute. Any additives to the water changes how your body processes the water.

I think that it should be pure water. However, if I drank that along with all the other junk I drink I would never stop using the bathroom.
