I have long hair and its really curly and thick but I find when I straighten it, it straightens really well. It takes me about an hour - an hour and a half tops but if you take the time, like if its for a special event it will turn out really good. I suggest using like a leave in condition on your hair or when you wash your hair use moisturizing conditioner or this new one the hairapy conditioner for poofy thick hair that will make your hair softer and not as thick when you try to straighten it. I also use a shine serum and you can also use straighten products, really good ones you can get from the actual salon. You can either blowdry it first with a round barrel brush and then use a ceramic hair straightner (takes longer, i know) or what I use is the wet to dry straightner. It really cuts down on styling time and you can use it right on wet hair and it straightens better than the normal kind. Hope that helps!

Try getting your hair permently straightend it lasts for about a week and a half and it looks great but if you don't want your hair pernetly straightend try going to a hair salon and having them straighten it or even cut your hair a little!

Ask ur best friend to help u out, after u shampoo, ask her to pin up 1/4 of ure hair.then help blow dry that part 1st,slowly let down more and more.Shudnt take as long & wud look more evenly.Towel dry ur hair b4 u start so that its easier to blow it straight, dun towel dry too much tho, then it wudnt work.U can also use Pantene's leave on moisturizer ( in a green bottle )when ure blowing. It keeps it soft & manageable plus its tangle free for sure!

buy straightening hair product, yo.
TIGI is kick butt fo real.
then it will straighten faster, and smell good.
and/or, buy a really expensive hair straightner! but, that doesn't always work..
