i cant have dairy or meat,so what is healthy that is not meat or dairy?its not that im giving it up because of the diet its something else,so please give me some info,i also eat 1200 calories a day i am 5'8 and almost 14 and i weigh 133,i know im fat i also do exersize on the Torbo Track,and dance alot and drink water.

Fruit & veggies. Try steaming them or roasting them with some olive oil in the oven. Try to stay away from the carbs. It's all in the not, not the exercise. Recently there was a study conducted priving that you do NOT need to exercise to loose weight. It's all the in food you eat.

Well, this won't win me any best answer points, but you are not fat. According to the government's BMI calculator, your BMI (body mass index) is 20.2. Anything under 18.5 is underweight--so if you lose weight, you'll be dangerously thin.
1200 calories is not enough for a growing girl who exercises a lot.

You have to have protein in your diet. Beans and rice combined will give you a complete protein.

But 5'8" and 133 is NOT (I repeat NOT) fat!

Baby carrots as a snack and celery wheat thins rice cakes they have so many different flavors now. raw califlower and broccoli chicken baked and rice ,oatmeal. bagels ,pretzels no fat if any at all. You have lots of options.

Garden Salad w/ FAT FREE dressing. You can eat this as much as you want becaues they are very low in calories.

foods made with soybeans are healthy and provide protein. you sound skinny to me! use this chart to find out your "ideal" weight.
