Lately I've been giving more thought to how my posture at my PC affects my body in terms of building tension, proper alignment, etc. I'm wondering if there are any ways that you can examine your posture (e.g., through photos or video) and make adjustments that would be beneficial. Anyone know of anything like this?

I slump at the computer so I learned to keep my head up and ribcage high. Dont need video analyses, just natural awareness of posture.

Instead of video or pictures just check if you're slouching. Another thing is to watch for back aches and pains. A pain in the upper back that feels like a pinch is because your arms don't have support and are hanging too much.

An easy way to adjust your posture is to raise your monitor, so it's closer to eye-level when sitting, this will make sure you have to look forward to see the computer screen instead of looking down, which is the usual cause of slouching.
