Highlights or radical change?

Question

I have very dark brown, tendent to black hair. I want to change my hairstyle: i don't know wether i should dye all the hair to a lighter color (if yes which color considering i have very light skin), or just put highlights(if yes what color).?? PLEASE help i need to decide before thurs!!!

I would go for highlights and maybe a nice caramel colour!
I was in you shoes 3 days ago, and i decided to just go for it and have a new, fresh, fun look!! I got this great new choppy, texturized, layered look and a full head of caramel/honey highlights and im so happy!!
Its really up to you but try highlights for a change!!
