It all depends on how much you want to spend. Maclaren makes wonderful umbrella type strollers. They range from $100 to $300. Peg Perego also makes nice strollers in the $200-300 range. Most Gracos weight much more than 10lbs. Chicco makes some good lightweight strollers in the $50-90 range. Baby Trend makes one called the Trend Lite. It is $40. Reclines, has a cupholder tray, big basket, weighs about 10lbs or so.
Go to babies r us and try some out. That's really the only way to know what is right for you.

Graco made a new stroller that folds like an umbrella stroller but you can hook a infant carseat up to it... here is the link below!! good luck!
