If she is under 18 you should tell a parent. Since this is a family friend, and since it's happening in your parents house, they have the right to know.

It would depend in part on her age.. if she's a minor and he's not .... only because he's a family friend and you caught them BEFORE the deed...... explain how 911 works and how it relates to statutory rape.

If that was happening to my little sister, I'd have to beat the guy bloody for goin after a young girl like that. Especially if they're related. But after I did that, I'd talk my sister out of making a huge mistake. I made a huge one when I lost my virginity at age 13. So yeah I'd talk my sister out of it and beat the sh*it outs the guy
