I am Catholic, and I believe that my religion is flawed in several ways. The Vatican is completely out of touch and behind the times with human sexuality; which causes them to make absurd misjudgements when it comes birth control, premarital sex, living together before marriage, abortion, homosexuality, forced celibacy for priests, AIDS and other STD's, marriage and divorce, sexual abuse of children especially by priests, women's issues, family planning, parenting, and similar issues. I think if priests were allowed to marry and have children, then a lot of the issues in the Catholic church would be cleared up. Nearly every other denomination allows their clergy to marry and none of them have the mess of problems that the Catholic church does.

You do understand that is unnecessary, suitable? Do you no longer understand that different religions and Atheism are literally not about being "hostile to Christianity?" it truly is a diverse concept equipment than what you as Christians carry. Are there some human beings of different religions and Atheism who experience the favor to tear down Christianity as a way to boost their own beliefs? Are there those who elect to argue hostile to Christianity to justify their own religionism and hatred of prepared faith? obviously. yet questions like this make all Christians look ignorant. in case you want evidence, you're literally unlikely to get it both for or hostile to Christianity. faith's objective isn't to describe technology, yet existence. technology's objective is to describe physics. both are separate yet no longer jointly unique, and something in line with faith and own proofs won't be able to ever be disproved.

Well, when I was a Christian Paul was my first problem. Then the whole thing about Jesus ordering Judas to betray him (That was before I heard about the Gospel of Judas thing). Then I ended up with a problem about Jesus not fitting the "prophecies" and the fact that many of the "prophecies" Jesus fulfilled were not prophecies at all. Then I had the problem with the OT looking like it was a journal of a barbaric people who attributed the ups and downs of life to a god, just like every other people who attributed the ups and downs of their lives to a god. Lastly I couldn't get past it looking like Moses made the whole thing up.

Christianity as a religion is divided into many factions, dogmas and doctrines, having many interpretations and traditions. It is often viewed as a flawed. Christianity as a belief in it's simplest, truest form is perfect, coming from God. The majority of Christian denominations agree and maintain this as the basis of their faith.

The teachings of the apostle Paul sometimes seem contrary to what Jesus taught. When an issue comes up, Paul is often taken as the authority.

I doubt Paul thought he was writing scripture.

Nothing, I worship a perfect God. For God so loved the world, that he gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
