if homepage is hijacked seems a spyware. Get Kaspersky Anti virus tool and run it. Its the BEST AV..Norton, AVG, etc are lame one.
get the trial version and it will help . also get some spyware tools. (atleast 2 of them)
like Spysweeper,Ad-Aware @ Lavasoft .
Just google and get the link.

The first answer u got is 100% rubbish. The Virus you are talking about is a deadly virus & will eat up ur PC. to avoid that and that for FREE follow the link provided and download Zone Alarm antivirus.
You don't even need to scan your PC. Install & leave ur computer.
I have huge amount of knowledge about these viruses. I'm 100% impressed with Zone alarm's protection.
I think you should also atleast TRY and that's for FREE.
