There is nothing you can do for a cat when she is in heat, you just have to let it go on for as long as it takes.
As far as getting her fixed, get over it, she's not a human being. Stop thinking of her like one. No one wants you to be neutered, it doesn't effect your life if you keep all your parts intact.
But please note, this is not something that the cat enjoys, she is not having fun going into heat. And besides that you are playing Russian Roulette with her life. If you really love your cat you will get her fixed. If you don't you risk the problems of your cat having very serious kidney problems down the line. Do you really want to shorten your cat's life just because you have made an animal into a human. Please please, remember she is a cat, do what is best for her, not what you would or wouldn't want done to you.

She isn't in pain, and most pain medications are toxic to cats, so please don't give her anything. Female cats don't get cramps like human females do, and all the yowling is not due to pain - she's just calling to attract a mate. The best thing to do is to be VERY careful to keep her locked inside while she's in heat, so she doesn't get outside and get pregnant, and contribute to the millions of unwanted pets that are killed in shelters every year. You may want to put on some calming music to help distract fromt the noise of her calling, and you may want to put on ear plugs at night, because right now she's unable to keep herself from the yowling - there isn't anything you can do to keep her quiet.

You might also want to reconsider getting her spayed - cats don't think the way people do, and being spayed will have no impact on her basic personality - it will only stop her from having those terribly obnoxious heat cycles, prevent her from getting pregnant, eliminate the chance of getting uterine infections or uterine or ovarian cancer, and reduce the chance of her getting breast cancer. Spaying will actually help her health in the long run. It can avoid cancer and payometria (which is a uterine infection). Spaying will also avoid unwanted litters and sometimes even cat fights near your home. A lot of guys have issues with altering their pets. Talk to your vet about the positives and negatives of the procedure, and then make a decision.

You cant do anything. This will continue every 2 weeks for years and she has a 70% higher risk of getting cancer if she is not spayed.
