Yes, since most red heads are born that way. And are confident about their hair color. While most blondes today are actually brunettes posing as blondes. And think that they are enhancing there looks by coloring their hair.

Both. The red-head(dark red) is enigmatic, firey, sassy, intimidating... The pretty girl who doesn't get asked to the dance, the dark fantasy girl. The blonde(light blonde) is etherial, delicate, angelic... The "accidental sex-kitten", the Lolita. Dark blondes/ light reds... not so much. More like the kick-back surfer girl and the cute, brainy geek. Of course, it's all opinion, and no, cuteness isn't based on hair color, but on many things.
Blondes do have more fun, but so do brunettes. Know why? It's a genetic mutation. Natural red-heads are(sadly) more prone to yeast infections.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Having said that, my preference is not so much color-based, but symmetry-based. If the length and style of the hair "fits" her body, then I like it. I like all blondes, brunnettes, and the darker reds. And I did once see an exquisitely beautiful girl who had painstakenly dyed her hair a very flatteringly rainbow. I had never seen anything like it before or since.

Cuteness has nothing to do with hair-color. Although, I have seen some ADORABLE red-heads.
