Try Vitamin C therapy. Try it, but drink a lot of water – Vit C is a natural diuretic.

What part of florida are you in? I work at a cancer center and the doctors here often take patients with no insurance. You just need to find a doctor that will take your mom's case. Try one of the larger hospitals or cancer centers in your area. A lot of them have funding and grants. good-luck.
