After an Ice Sculpture has melted, it is remove from its current location by sucking the water with a pump into a container. Then this container is shipped to a new location (usually a museum) where the water is displayed in a clear container and a picture of the actual sculpture is also displayed next to it.
After the water becomes green, is then shipped to another location, usually a big tank where is mixed with other “green” sculptures, and then is used by science to study the effects of mildew on sculptures.
Those results are later on displayed in the same original museum and the second museum where the water tank was.
If you just read all this BS and believed it, you have passed the final test and can be graduated from the Retarded University.
