I personally have a Kodak digital camera that I bought from Amazon for under £100. Main points to look for are an Optical zoom as opposed to Digital zoom.

I don't know in US dollars how much f100 is. There is a Fugifilm FinePix A500 for just under $100- It has 5 megapixels; and 3X optical zoom......Anyone out there know the equivilent of f100 to US dollars?

Sorry, technology not there yet. All you can get for around 100 quid are really cheap cameras.

I would suggest you take a look at Canon's A460. It's $131 dollars in the US, which is less than your bidget price, but it may sell for more in britain.

Hope this helps!
