Do you think this is cheating or not? My boyfriend used to sneak phone calls to a girl at all hours of the day. She would even pose as his supervisor and call him at home and see if he could get away to meet with her. When I confronted him on it about a couple phone calls made at one in the morning to this girl he said he called because it was about a job. Now from my experience you don’t call about jobs at that time of day. He also said that it wasn’t cheating. What is your opinion on the subject is this considered cheating?

Sorry, but it sounds like he's either cheating or is about to. He sounds like he lost respect for you and is blatently lying to you (calling about a job at 1am?)...perhaps you desperately want to believe what he says...so you will take it as fact. Use your instinct and common sense. And don't forget that, as an equal partner in your relationship, you deserve respect, truth, and to be his #1. If he's not showing you these things, leave him.
p.s. OF COURSE he would say its not cheating! If he had the capacity to cheat in the first place (or set himself up for possible cheating), his values and priorities are not straight and he WOULDN'T consider it cheating.

Cheating - turn the tables and have a guy friend call you and make up something silly that it could be about. Like, tell him your friend is a movie producer and he wanted you to be in a movie, but when you got there, he asked you to take your clothes off...so you left LOL

The calls were not cheating, they were arranging and covering the act of cheating.
