use aveno lotion or udder cream- sounds weird , but you can get it at the drug store, and they both really help with dry cracking skin. Also they are not very expensive either.
Hope this helps!

well you might have a condition called exzema which makes your skin very dry and can cause cracking bleeding and itching so you might want to get that checked out and if that is it your DR. can precribe a cream for it but before you take a trip to the Dr, you might want to try either a stronger lotion like my boyfriend has real dry skin and he uses Nivea lotion essentially enriched for very dry rough skin and it works real good because it's thicker then regular lotion. when my skin gets real dry like that I use this stuff called Aquaphor healing ointment it's put out by the same people that make Eucerin and it works real good you could also try using vaseline or baby oil if none of that works then get it checked out by your DR.

I had this issue when I was a laundry supervisor. The constant washing of my hands was the cause. Lotions did not work, however, Eucerin cream did the job.
Additionally, my daughter had a similar issue but hers was stress related and she required a prescription cream. It would seem to me you could try the Eucerin (not a generic, specifically Eucerin). If you have already done this, I would suggest either your physician, or your pharmacist if you cannot afford medical treatment.

Apply petroleum jelly at night. Wear gloves or socks over your hands to protect your sheets from the greasy mess. By morning your hands will feel much better. Repeat as needed.

barring a skin allergy, try Corn Huskers. It works for people with rough cracked skin.
